Then she enrolled herself at California State University and earned an associate's degree in business Marketing. She later earned an B.SC diploma in Psychology from the same university. Following her graduation, Ariane relocated in North Hollywood. There she became a behavior therapist working with autistic children. Ariane is 5'6 inches tall and weighs 54 pounds. On her debut match Ariana wrestled alongside wrestling champions Audrey Marie Caylee Turner Kaitlyn Aksana to win winning the Divas title. Even though she first was eliminated in the first round, she lost the match. She then appeared in an episode of FCW TV, where she wrestled alongside Naomi Knight against Leah West's team and Byron Sexton. Arian was able to make her WrestleMania debut along with Naomi at the event XXVIII of WrestleMania in the beginning of the year. The end of the year she performed at TLC (Tables Ladders and Chairs) episode. The episode of February 13 of SmackDown she took part in her first match. Since then she began taking part in SmackDown Main event and WWE's other events. Total Divas recruited her in September 2013 through a 7-on-7 tag-team elimination match that featured True Divas and Total Divas. Mendes won the match. She won her biggest victory in February 2014's Elimination Chamber episode where she beat AJ Lee and won the Divas Champion title. The following week, she played an additional match against Lee however she was unable to retain her title. Ariana later fought Lee to take on her place in the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational, which was won also by Lee. In July 2014, Ariana travelled with Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes Summer Rae to take on Nikki Bella in a six-on-one handicap game. Ariana showed up only to attack Nikki Bella as well as Naomi. She then got to play Naomi in the Battleground event before the show. In the match, Ariana won over Naomi. In the end, this brought about their competition.
